Sprint: ¼ mile swim, 22 mile bike, 5K run
THE COURSE
Swim
Course
The swim is in Lake Winnebago along a unique and panoramic shoreline; starting and finishing at the beach. Plenty of buoys will be available to rest if needed and as a guide for the finish point. Large balloon arch to sight for the swim finish.
Bike
Course
Both courses head out of the park climbing High Cliff.
High Cliff is the signature of the event. The course continues up Tower Drive with a few undulating hills. The long course heads down scenic Lake Shore Drive that is very well groomed and flat. The sprint course begins the same as the long course then heads east on Faro Springs.
Run
Course
The run courses go through
High Cliff State Park area including up the hill for a beautiful overview of the Lake Winnebago shoreline
which runs mostly through trails. The short course cuts off at a trail and heads down High Cliff to the finish. The long course is a double loop and also heads down High Cliff to the finish.
